CMC Trellis is the secure, cloud-based Church Management Platform of Christ Methodist Church (CMC). Propelled by recent events like the COVID-19 pandemic that pushed many organizational services and operations online, coupled with the government-driven push and assistance for organizations to digitalize, CMC Trellis has been launched with the purpose to better manage and disciple our growing congregation through a common and scalable digital platform.
There will be several useful features available on CMC Trellis. We hope that you’ll explore them and that they would help us better connect with you.
Update Your Profile Anytime
You can now update your personal information like your address, mobile contact or email any time, keeping your profile information current. We encourage you to also share with us additional information like which service you attend, occupation, skills and interests so that we can get to know you better and reach out to you if a ministry or volunteering opportunity comes up.
Easy Registration for Courses & Events
A feature coming soon will be to easily sign up for courses and events. Your details will be pre-filled for you so you won’t have to keep filling up online forms. A personal history of the courses and events that you have signed up for will also be available on your profile. Once this feature is launched, all such registrations will be through CMC Trellis only.
Better Protection of Personal Information
CMC Trellis is integrated with Singpass for Two-factor authentication for more secure and convenient log-in each time and is built on the Sojourner Church Management Platform that provides a secure, enterprise cloud environment based in Singapore.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I sign-up for a CMC Trellis account?
If you are a church member or a member of a Care Group, you will be receiving an email to activate your CMC Trellis account in the coming months ahead. Do be patient with us as we are only able to roll out the accounts in batches due so that we can cope with the technical support required.
If you are now regularly worshipping with us but not yet a church member, nor part of a Care Group or if you have not received your account activation email by 31 Dec 2023, you can email us at trellis@cmc.org.sg.
How do I log-in for the first time?
Your default Login ID consists of 12 characters: The last 4 characters of your NRIC/FIN number, followed by your date of birth in DDMMYYYY format.
Example:
NRIC = S1234567A
Date of Birth = 15 March 1990
Default Login ID = 567A15031990
1. Key in your default Login ID and click “Sign In”
2. You will be prompted to set your password that will be used for subsequent logins
3. Key in a password and click “Update Password”
To ensure system compatibility with your computer or laptop, use Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari browser.
I have forgotten my password, how do I reset it?
1. Click “Forgot your password?” below the “Sign In” button
2. Key in your email address indicated in Personal Profile and your Login ID, click “Proceed”.
3. An email with instructions will be sent to that email address
How do I setup my Singpass as my Two-Factor-Authentication (2FA)?
1. Click “Your Name” on the top right corner of the page.
2. Select “Linkup Singpass” on the drop down menu and follow the instructions.
How can I setup my 2FA if I don’t have Singpass?
You may use your current email as your 2FA authentication if you do not have Singpass.
I have keyed wrong passwords for 5 times and my account is disabled, what should I do?
Email trellis@cmc.org.sg and indicate your Login ID. Our support staff will assist you.
How do I change my password?
1. Login to CMC Trellis and click on the top-right profile drop-down list.
2. Select “Change Password”
How do I change my log-in ID?
1. Login to CMC Trellis and click on the top-right profile drop-down list.
2. Select “Edit Profile”
3. Click on the blue tick box icon next to ‘Personal Details’
4. Change the Login ID field accordingly.
How do I update my user profile and photo?
1. Login to CMC Trellis and click on the top-right profile drop-down list.
2. Select “Edit Profile”
I can’t update some information on my profile, what should I do?
Some information (eg. Baptism status) cannot be changed by the user. If you need to change or update such information on your profile, please email trellis@cmc.org.sg
Can CMC Trellis be used on mobile devices, like smartphones and tablets?
Yes, CMC Trellis has a responsive web design (RWD) and will adjust to your screen size depending on the type of mobile device you are using.
