Being a caregiver for someone dear to you can be both rewarding and demanding in many ways. In this talk, we will cover different aspects of caregiver stress and consider biblical perspectives on God’s care and self-care to draw strength and motivation for the caregiving journey.

About our Trainer:
Ms Peggy Ng is a Senior Executive (Eldercare) at Filos Community Services. She graduated with a Master of Arts in Counselling from Singapore Bible College in 2017. She has served the elderly in community befriending, dementia work and caregiver support services since 2013. She conducts regular public talks to promote awareness of elderly mental health and general issues. She is a member of All Saints’ Church.
