What is the purpose and meaning of life on earth? \nThe apostle Peter reminded his readers that “like living stones” they were “being built into a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood” (1 Pet 2:5). The Protestant concept of the priesthood of all believers has been variously understood. We shall examine the Bible passage on the priesthood of believers to discover what it means and what it does not mean.
