This forum is designed to help you better understand and support these precious children with greater confidence\, compassion\, and wisdom.\n\nJoin us for this online forum as our panel of speakers shares insights from psychological\, educational\, practical\, parenting\, and pastoral perspectives. Learn about common neurodivergent conditions such as dyslexia\, ADHD\, and autism\, hear a parent’s personal journey\, gain practical ideas for supporting children at home and in school\, and discover how to nurture their spiritual formation. Together\, let us grow in understanding and become a more supportive community for neurodivergent children and their families.\n\nSpeakers\n \nPastor Timothy Chew has been appointed to Christ Methodist Church since August 2025\, which is also his home church. He is passionate about evangelism\, outreach\, and family life. His wife\, Janice\, serves in the Worship Ministry as Choir Director\, while their daughter\, Caitlyn\, serves in the Chinese Ministry as part of the worship team.\n\nDr Gloria Kong is an educator\, Supervisor\, Founder & Principal Therapist at Gloriousruin Counselling and a psychotherapist. Through her framework of Wholistic Renewal of the Mind\, Gloria is passionate about restoring and restructuring the human mind for emotional wellbeing that supports thriving and flourishing in everyday life.\n\nMs Jeniyanti Rijanto is a Singapore Registered Psychologist\, educational therapist\, and founder of Catchwise Learning. With over 16 years of experience supporting children with dyslexia\, ADHD\, autism\, and other learning differences\, she is passionate about equipping parents with practical\, evidence-based strategies to help their children thrive academically\, socially\, and emotionally.\n\nMs Esther Tan has been a drama instructor working with differently abled students since 2010. She particularly enjoys working with the students and is passionate about using drama and the arts to support learning and self-expression.\nOver the years\, some schools she has worked with include APSN\, MINDS\, Rainbow Centre\, Pathlight School\, AWWA\, Lighthouse School\, ArtDis and Melbourne Specialist International School.\n\nMs Cheryl Koh works in a school setting supporting children with special needs\, and this journey has given her the privilege of understanding their needs\, experiences\, and environments from different perspectives. DESCRIPTION:Dates: 23 & 30 Jan\, 20 & 27 Feb\, 6\, 13 & 20 Mar\, 3 Apr (Saturdays)\nTime: 12.00 pm – 3.30 pm\nFees: Both or one party is a CMC member – $130 per couple / Both non-CMC members – $180 per couple.\n\nOur annual Marriage Preparation Course (MPC) is specially designed for couples planning to have their marriage solemnised or blessed by CMC pastors.
