We are looking for enthusiastic and God-loving individuals to step up to volunteer their time, talent, skills and services in the various areas of ministry in CMC. “For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” (Eph 2:10, NIV)

Members and worshippers at CMC are invited to prayerfully consider the following opportunities to serve God. For more details on our ministries, please click on the individual links on the left. Resource Centre (Library)
• 2 librarians on Sundays from 8.30am to 10.15am

Cantonese Ministry
• Pianists on Sundays to serve on rotation

Christalite Methodist Home (CMH)
• Volunteers to befriend CMH residents when they visit CMC on Communion Sundays and to visit CMH to assist in music, arts & crafts and outings

Children’s Ministry
• 10 Facilitators/Shepherds for children ages 3 to 12 years to mentor, facilitate activities and teach the bible.
• Parent Shepherds (with children in the Children’s Ministry) as helpers
• 4 Logistics Helpers
• 4 IT/AV Crew
• Musicians/Worship Leaders – audition required
• 5 Administrative Helpers
• 4 Photographers/Videographers
• Special Events Team
• Design Team

Communications
• Regular Contributors to CMC's quarterly newsletter WITNESS
• Assistant Editor / Sub-editor for CMC's quarterly newsletter WITNESS
• Photographers
• Videographers/Video Editor
• Bloggers

Glowing Years Ministry (GYM)
• 3 to 4 Ushers/Helpers to help organise the chairs and serve food at GYM events

Healing Place
• Prayer Warriors/Intercessors to pray and intercede for those in need on Saturday mornings (rotation basis)

Witness & Evangelism
• 20 Befrienders for ‘Songs of Yesteryears’ to befriend and follow up on guests

Women’s Society of Christian Service (WSCS)
• 1 person with communication/media skills to help in adverts for WSCS programmes
• 1 person to help in setting up of IT equipment for monthly WSCS meetings

Worship & Music Ministry
• Choir Director (5+2 Choir at 10.30am Service)
• Male Singers (5+2 Choir at 10.30am Service, Tenors or Bass)
• Sound Engineers (Part of AV Crew for both Services
• Carpark Wardens
• Ushers & Greeters

Youth Ministry
• Befrienders
• Worship Team members in ‘Godsrockers’ (youth band) – guitars, drums, keyboard, backup vocals
